The purpose of the Alliance Area Development... is to positively impact retention of businesses and manufacturing and their expansion, and to attract new businesses to the Alliance area. The AAD accomplishes its purpose by assisting local businesses, area governments, and economic development organizations in building successful and complementary relationships that result in business growth.
